Minn is a property developer and project manager who combines commercial discipline with practical, hands-on construction leadership. After graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2010, he gained valuable experience as a management accountant and went on to lead an accountancy team. While working, he continued studying part-time and successfully attained his CPA Australia qualification within two years.

Before moving into property development, Minn operated an accountancy firm and a PC, phone and computer repair services business for more than ten years. This experience gave him a ground-up understanding of numbers, budgeting, costing and business management—from daily operations, customer service and systems through to finance, staffing, risk and strategic decision-making.

As a Site 2 Licensed Building Practitioner, Minn has successfully completed a portfolio of projects ranging from luxury townhouse developments to lifestyle homes. Project management has always been his passion and focus. Every project is different, with its own narrative and challenges, and each solution should be carefully tailored to the individual client.

Designing and planning projects that will sell is central to Minn’s approach. This begins with clear costing, pressure-testing assumptions and disciplined budgeting from the earliest stage. His strong work ethic, competitive drive and relentless commitment are focused on delivering practical, commercially successful results.
